New agreement strengthens global distribution of modular fiber-management systems for mission-critical networks
Global cable and connector distributor WireMasters, Inc. has been authorized to distribute Clearfield®, Inc.’s fiber-management platform and related connectivity products across global defense markets. The agreement extends WireMasters’ interconnect offering into scalable fiber architectures that support high-density, rapid-deploy communication systems.
The partnership gives system integrators and OEMs access to Clearfield’s FieldSmart® FxDS frames, Clearview® cassettes, fiber cables, CraftSmart® enclosures and more through WireMasters’ established logistics and stocking network. The arrangement supports faster procurement cycles and provides local inventory for projects that demand short lead times and full product traceability.
Founded in 1988, WireMasters supplies wire, cable, connector and harness-management solutions for aerospace, defense and space programs worldwide. Clearfield, Inc., established in 2008, designs and manufactures cassette based, modular platforms for fiber protection and delivery, including s, distribution frames and field-deployable cabinets used in optical networks and data infrastructure.
