The NOVA HD Cassette builds on the Clearview^® Cassette legacy providing scalability and flexibility within multiple configurations and a toolless installation. The new integrated sliding rails remove the need for additional parts and tools during installation and maintenance. Additionally, the newly integrated designation cards in each cassette for improved port designation accuracy.

Configurations

MPO Plug-and-Play

MPO to industry standard connector allows for plug-and-play by mating MPO to MPO with pre-terminated multi-fiber OSP or IFC. Also available in dual MPO 24-fiber configuration.

In-Cassette Splicing

The in-cassette splicing has a splice tray integrated into the base of the cassette allowing splicing directly in the cassette to reduce real estate. The cassette provides 12-24 ports of connectivity with the ability to scale on cassette at a time.

Pigtail

Cassette allows all industry standard adapters or cable construction and can be configured for customer preferences.

Integrated Optical Components

NOVA Cassette integrates optical components into the identical cassette, allowing options to mix and match fiber modules with optical components in the same chassis footprint.
