Fault Managed Power
Clearfield Fault Managed Power provides a safe, monitored way to deliver power to equipment located far from a traditional power source. A compatible transmitter and receiver continuously supervise the circuit between them, and if a fault is detected, the transmitter disconnects the affected circuit, helping reduce the risk of fire, equipment damage, and personal injury.
Designed for broadband, wireless, edge, transportation, and industrial applications, Fault Managed Power can help operators extend power alongside fiber and reduce the need to establish conventional utility power at every remote deployment. Clearfield offers receiver options that provide either regulated 56 VDC or applications designed to accept high-voltage DC directly.
How Can We Help?
