Taber Rigg is Chief Human Resources Officer of Clearfield, leading the company’s human resources strategy and organization. He brings more than 25 years of human resources leadership helping organizations align talent, leadership, and culture with business strategy to drive growth, transformation, and organizational effectiveness.

Prior to joining Clearfield in July 2026, Rigg served as Vice President, Human Resources at CJ Schwan’s, where he led the HR function for Global Supply Chain. Earlier in his career, he held HR leadership roles of increasing responsibility at Cargill and General Mills, supporting global businesses and supply chain operations, including leading human resources for General Mills’ manufacturing operations in Irapuato, Mexico.

Throughout his career, Rigg has helped organizations navigate significant growth and change. His experience includes scaling organizations for growth, building leadership capability, shaping workforce and talent strategies, strengthening organizational effectiveness, and leading through mergers and acquisitions.

Rigg holds a bachelor’s degree in Latin American Studies from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the BYU Marriott School of Business.
